Cowbridge returned to winning ways with a comprehensive win over their English visitors. Although out played by the heavier Boswells pack the home side’s backs were far too quick and strong for their opponents. They looked dangerous each time they gained possession, creating panic in the Boswell defence at every opportunity. Cowbridge scored seven tries through centre Joe Nott and flanker Dan Bunney (2 each) and outside half Cai Evans, centre Rhys Beynon and scrum half Osian John scoring one apiece. Four of the seven tries were converted by Cai Evans.
In the forwards prop Tom Edwards, Matthew Keating and Tomos Evans-Williams snuffed out any danger from the Boswell forwards with some brave tackling. Michael Thomas, Harrison Stevens and Seán Davies contributed to the tries with good runs out of defence and the whole team should be congratulated for a fine performance.
