This Sunday we will be playing St Joseph's and Porthcawl. KO is delayed to 11.30am so all interested parties can watch RWC final. Please meet 11.15am (aslong as the game has not gone to extra time!) COME ON NZ!!!!

The club will be open at 8.30am if anyone wants to get together to watch there.

Hi All,

Training tonight will be at cowbridge comp. We are inside in the gym at 6.30pm - 7.30pm. Boys will require trainers and gumshields, no tackling but there may still be contact.

when arriving at the main car park, not the 3G, proceed through the main enterance go down the satirs on your right and keep to the right cant miss the gym.

As we have some new starters if anyone requires Training kit please let me know;

All Weather training suit £25

Hoody £16

Please could you email me with Size (MB or LB are the suits that most of the boys have) and the Initials that you would like on the kit (max 3 letters). Payment must be recieved before I order.

We are hoping to finalise training facilities tomorrow so please check web page for venue and times.
